I have been holding onto this news, and I finally get to share it.
One anonymous donor changed what we can do. He gave enough to cover the cost of sending the rest of our original batch of Resilience Bells, so we can now mail them free to cancer patients and survivors. No shipping fee. No cost to you at all. I could not let this milestone pass without honoring what his generosity means.
Because of him, a fellow bladder cancer warrior, two things changed at once. Bells are free, and we can ship worldwide. We just sent our first two bells to the United Kingdom, the first UK spots on our Resilience Bells Map. Ireland and more of the world come next!
Here is what a bell marks. A win might be finishing treatment or getting a clear scan. It might be a recovery milestone or simply making it through a hard day. Most bladder cancer patients never get to ring the big victory bell, so we made these to honor the smaller wins that deserve celebrating too.
Everyone who receives a bell joins a growing community held together by courage and support. As more bells reach warriors and survivors, our map keeps showing how far the Ring of Resilience has traveled.
Now the honest part. We are a small grassroots effort, and one gift does not last forever. To keep sending free bells, we need more people like him. There are two ways to help. You can donate to send bells to patients who request them. Or if you work with a clinic, you can sponsor a box of bells for your patients, which also funds free bells mailed to patients anywhere.
